Nulla is depicted as a beautiful mask over a crone's face, or vice versa. The beautiful face tends to be sneering, while the crone's is welcoming, regardless of which is on top. She is worshiped as a goddess of fertility and natural cycles, but her rites are often bloody and divisive: each cult has its own set of revelations which cannot be reconciled.
She rarely bothers with divine visitations these days, but will grant favor to xenophobic and racist rulers of all sorts should they manage to catch her attention with sufficient cruelty. Her greatest gift (unconnected to her by those that suffer her attention) is to fill a liars heart with hatred for all things, especially himself. Such touched individuals find that if they can survive a year of such attention their face becomes merely a mask and something more fitting their true nature is revealed beneath (she achieves this via a Gift that is a specialized major transformation of deception).
Some primal understanding of this connection has Nulla painted as the literal mother (or at least ancestor) of a number of the unique monsters that roam the landscape, results of her gifts. Generally, however, the goddess is thanked for her children: a prodigious list of useful things that Nulla has nothing to do with but insists on being credited with and gets quite testy with her fellow Powers if they attempt to disabuse the inhabitants of those particular lies (other lies she is less inclined to care about).
